Reporting conformance issues
Truugo offers various methods for reporting detected data errors, ensuring suitability for every need. Below, we have listed the different options available.
Generate access link
The easiest way to share a report is through the "Share report" function. The system sends a link to the provided email address, granting temporary access to the test report without requiring login.
You can also generate a shareable link to send it yourself or save it in internal systems like Jira. Use the "Share report" function, and choose "Generate share link only" from the dropdown menu.
See example of shared test report.
Export PDF
You can generate a PDF document from the test report using the browser's print function. That is suitable for long-term storage but limits the use of supplementary report functions.
Provide self-service
The most straightforward way to report errors is through the self-test solution. Truugo's Test Form solution allows you to distribute temporary testing rights to those who need them. You can also track test progress through your interface.

Automate feedback
You can integrate test report generation into existing tools and processes using Truugo's API. That eliminates the need to manually upload data to Truugo, as testing can be executed with a button press or automatically under predefined conditions.
In response to the API call, Truugo returns an SSL-secured and key-protected URL containing the report identifier and access key. The report can be opened in a browser without logging into the service, facilitating easy sharing with your stakeholders.
Provide customized feedback
If you want to generate a customized test report or further analyze the results, use Truugo API to request the content of the test report in a JSON format. Supplementary report functions will not be available in this format.
